Message ce tension. when it does this, the water can get into all the little "nooks and crannies" in the radiator and engine where it couldn't reach... thus effectively increasing the cooling surface area. i use water wetter and i think it seems to help... but i didn't really "notice" a big difference.

if you just want to have a cooler coolant temp, just change out your thermostat... that will be more effective than anything else you can think of.
